Contacted by HR recruiter through phone. It was a general Q&A call, not interview. Next, I was contacted by a member of the team who asked a few questions about interests. Then, a timed coding test was sent. After reviewing the test, they invited me onsite to meet with three members of the team. At the onsite, they asked a few technical questions on coding/statistics. After onsite, they decided I wasn't a good fit
