I'm a poc and it felt like the interview process wasn't really inclusive. had three interviews back to back, and no one could really speak to Diversity and Inclusion values. My recruiter also ghosted me so overall I didn't really enjoy Qualtrics Interview Process.

Tell me about a time when you implemented a process from start to finish? Tell me about a time when you had a positive customer experience? Tell me about a time when something didn't go your way?
Behavioral questions about past experience. Interviewer asked follow up questions so it felt more like a conversation. Asked about working with clients and technical background with different platforms and how fast I was confident in using them.

Interview
El proceso es largo, pero fue muy interesante, en total fueron 4 entrevistas, la primera de RH, otra de conocimientos técnicos, una con un TAM Manager y la última con el Manager Regional.
Fueron entrevistas de 30- 45 minutos, y fueron muy interesantes.
