There were 5 stages (recruiter phone call included).
First stage - just a CV walkthrough with the recruiter
Second stage - with the hiring manager (more detailed CV walkthrough)
Third stage - case study (situational questions such as you have a difficult client, how would you deal with that?)
Fourth stage - technical interview
Fifth stage - culture fit
Behavioral questions about past experience. Interviewer asked follow up questions so it felt more like a conversation. Asked about working with clients and technical background with different platforms and how fast I was confident in using them.

Question 1
When was a time you had to tell a client something they didn’t want to hear
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Qualtrics in Jul 2024
Interview
I'm a poc and it felt like the interview process wasn't really inclusive. had three interviews back to back, and no one could really speak to Diversity and Inclusion values. My recruiter also ghosted me so overall I didn't really enjoy Qualtrics Interview Process.
