Was contacted by an employee through LinkedIn. Then had a phone screen with the recruiter and 2 Skype interviews with the managers. They had to reschedule one of the video interviews so I ended up needing to take 3 half days from work to complete the process, only to get an impersonal rejection letter. For much larger firms I didn't get the offer from a recruiter usually had the decency to call me or send a personal email because I had invested a lot of time in the process. I was very off-put by the experience.
