Interview
The interview was very easy and they just want you to show your passion for teaching. They look to really keep a family environment for their students and want you to be a team player. If you are not a skilled dancer, or have not trained for years, I would not suggest trying to be an instructor because they really want skilled instructors. Be friendly and positive and they will be happy to see your face.
