Application made via an advertisement on a job website, was emailed within two days and an interview scheduled within a week at their offices. Very efficient. Interview was a sit-down face-to-face with the HR head and the laboratory head. Took about 45 minutes. Questions were standard, although slanted less toward the job and more towards personality of the interviewee - they're looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals as much as they're looking for skills and experience.
