a quick call from the recruiter basically asking whether you accept the hourly rate, which by the way is pretty low with no any other benefits- wow, am i even living in the USA? with such demanding skill we and you choose to pay the minimum wage- sounds like a sweat factory. The recruiter urge your to accept a technical screen done by a different person - which is easy but all the interviewer care about is whether you have experience with forecasting --- if that's the case why don't you just change your JD and title-- this is a waste of time. The funny thing about the interviewer is they can't explain the team ( who they support, their internal stake holder and such and etc) they currently working at .
