Quadrant Strategies Associate interview questions

It was fine. I was asked about academic interests. Then I was flown to DC to interview. This was years ago, though, I don't know how applicable this is anymore.

Smooth process with detailed instructions and clear structure. Interviewers were approachable and clear, but sometimes lacked direction. All interviews were conducted over Zoom which made the process somewhat easier to navigate.
