Easy, they didn't a lot of questions it was mainly just to get a feel for your personality and whether you would be able to speak to a diverse range of people in a clear and polite manner. It really was a breeze.
They make do a training day, where they talk at you for 8 hours going through policies and protocols. It's very boring, some people even leave throughout the training, however that was then but now I believe you do about 1 week training, unpaid, and then you may or may not get the job.
