I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Quad (Milwaukee, WI) in Mar 2011

      Interview

The interview process begins with an initial phone 30 minute phone screening done by a current trainee. After that you can move onto another 30 minute telephone interview. If you get through this interview you are invited to a final interview that consists of a dinner in Milwaukee and a plant tour of the headquarters in Sussex. There are two final interviews after the plant tour.

The interview process was very smooth and unlike most other places that I have applied.. It consisted of three parts and they made sure to schedule around you. Overall they were very welcoming and I enjoyed the process.

Standard questions but too long of an interview process. A bit unprofessional in telling me I wasn’t moving on. I did appreciate the job itself because it’s a good opportunity to learn.
