Qtech Software Software Tester interview questions

Worst experience at qtech software pvt ltd. Tuesday(20th June 2017) i got interview letter from them, wednesday they scheduled my interview at 11 30..It starts almost 11 45..They took 5 rounds in fact I cleared 5 rounds including (1Aptitude+2technical+2HR). Then Thursday they called me n said your profile has been shortlisted for final round..I asked it's technical or hr so she said its not technical. On friday , COO of qtech (Rima Mehta) took my round n asked basic questions like what is your current company,your role,notice period etc. After that hr came n told me you may leave now will update you by Friday evening itself..At 5 30 called her so she said give me some time will get back to u..N then no one rpl Today I.e monday got an email from qtech saying that "Your profile is not shortlisted as it didn't match technically with our requirement." What d bloody hell reason is this..If my profile was not match with your requirement then why you people took my 5 rounds wasting my time,n the decision is made by COO then why technical panel seating over there...Just conduct one COO round n choose people...Worst management please people don't go qtech it's waste of your time
