Qraved interview questions

They gave me test for instagram post and online banner, and I present it to the manager and staff. They ask me if my english was good enough, because we will proceed to interview with the CEO. When it's time to the CEO interview, he was late for the interview about couple of hours. I waited at the coworking space beside the office. He speak fast but I can understand most of them, but my speaking is not very good to deliver my answer. The interview is cold and he shows lack of interest,

Interview has given me an assignment. I finished it, and the day I present there was their manager and the manager was not satisfied with my presentation because the manager's staffs given me the wrong assignment.
