      Key Account Manager Interview

      4 Jun 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      I interviewed at Qogita

      Interview

The first interview with the HR person was very quick and overall nice. However, the second interview was a bit of a mess. The hiring manager seemed like a nice person but the interview questions were mostly about how to handle hypothetical scenarios within wholesale marketplace, when they knew I didn't have that direct experience and offered me context or info to be able to answer those questions. It just felt like a waste of time to be selected only to fail, when I did have a whole skill set to be explored (for which I assumed they selected my CV). They should have just stick with selecting candidates with wholesale experience and save us both time and energy. But they seem like a nice company.
