Which tools have you used to track the commitments to the customer?
We ask plenty of questions pertaining to the experience of the candidate related to projects he/she had been assigned to during his professional career. We do so as it is very important to realize if the candidate comprehends the business and technical aspects of the projects he will handle, if he/she eventually joins our company.
Furthermore, we do not proceed to the offer stage unless we are certain that the candidate is a good fit for the job and that he/she will be happy to become a part of our team.
