Short presonal survey followed by self assesment on a list of technologies. After that they hve chosen randomly 3 of those I marked that I know best and askes to write all I know on the topic. Questions were quite standard for an interview. Then was a quick check and I had a talk with team manager on technical aspects of working there. I received a test task to do at home and got about a month to finish it.
