Just a quick impersonal telephone interview. It was extremely rushed which was not what I was expecting so quite demotivating considering ample rapport built up within email correspondence. It's been over a month since the telephone interview and despite reaching out, I have not received an email or call letting me know that I've been unsuccessful. Wasn't expecting tailored feedback, just an acknowledgement. Suggestions: allocate time to reaching out to all those whom embark on your interview processes. Set up a mail merge, make it impersonal, who cares but treat candidates fairly and let them know where they stand.
