Pushpay Engineering Manager interview questions

You apply by writing 3-4 paragraphs about your previous work experience, which is great. You are called for a "coffee chat". Just before the chat you get an email: "Your qualifications have been carefully reviewed for the position. While we were impressed with your background and experience, we have concluded that another candidate’s qualifications more closely match our requirements" You send an email and they ghost you. After a week, they re-advertised. At the start, you matched each one of their job requirements :)
