Random interview process. Recruiter reached out via call, didn’t bother to explain interview process at all and was just in a hurry to schedule an interview. The interviewer themselves joined 10 minutes late and didn’t bother introducing themselves. Just asked for your introduction, threw a problem at you and asked you to code it without understanding your thought process. When asked what kind of traffic they serve or the Requests/Second they serve, he said “Reach out to HR for this”. Interviewer was unable to answer basic questions about the company itself
