Application form completed and then was shortlisted to interview, interview was short initial over the phone question session with HR then second round with line manager. I was offered a role but decided to decline as I had another one closer to home.
apply then you may get shortlisted to interview, interview is a short in person question session with senior staff/managers and then get job offer or not. It was very straightforward
