I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PulsePoint (Airoli) in Mar 2025
Interview
There were three rounds: L1, L2, and the Director round. Before these, the HR team connects with you to brief you about the company and ask about your expectations. After completing all the rounds, HR will reach out again to share feedback from both the technical and director rounds.
In my entire career, PulsePoint is the only organization that has completed the entire process within just two
weeks with great transparency. Riley was incredibly proactive in providing feedback after every round.
Additionally, this was the first time a recruiter accommodated my schedule so exceptionally, even staying
back late at night due to the time zone difference, with so much enthusiasm. This made me feel valued and
heard, which I deeply appreciate.
