I previously had a series of interviews with the Customer Success team, which ultimately led to the final round last year. Regrettably, the experience left much to be desired. I invested a significant amount of effort into an intricate and challenging case, only to receive no constructive feedback, but rather a generic 'another candidate performed better' response. Moreover, I found the hiring manager's behavior to be less than ideal, which has led me to conclude that joining his team is not in my best interest. I also believe that there is room for improvement in the caliber of individuals I encountered during the process, which makes it challenging for me to endorse Pubstack wholeheartedly.
