Easy and quick process to be completed on time without any hassle. Mostly technical on all aspect but nothing special about the process. Not a good organisation to work with very bad experience all together.
Virtual round on Ms teams with technical and architecture related questions.coding round on sandbox and array questions. Technical questions on react , redux, javascript, html ,css and other javascript libraries
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Publicis Sapient in Apr 2022
Interview
Starting part was smooth. HR is good person.
There is 2 round one for HTML, CSS and JavaScript and second is React.
interviewer was good but his focus on not a knowledge but on syntax. Interview was for react but he was asking question for SEO , Security of Web application, AWS , docter.
I told him I always use React UI lib for makeing UI but still he is interested in core HTML and CSS.
And in last there is no reply for interview results.
I think they need everything in developer like developer should develop react app, can also do SEO , web security, AWS with 2.5 years of experience.
