It was a wonderful experience as complete process took 4-5 hours but during that 5 hours different people interviewed for different things but with common Sapient style with all core values as laid out in the interview room and Wall posters. I was surprised and glad to see similar pattern and was sold to join without much on my mind for negotiation.
