It was a part of Campus Placements. It had an online coding round followed by Technical Interview, followed by an HR interview. Coding Round: First, there was an online coding round that consisted of 2 coding questions: 1. sort array of strings lexicographically, 2. a graph-based question where you have to find out how many friends a person has after creating the friendship graph. Technical Interview: The technical interview consisted of a coding question related to merging and sorting of two linked lists. You have to code the entire program from scratch. I couldn't complete it in time so I explained the logic. Then there was a detailed discussion on all the projects that I had done. The interviewer was very nice and asked me some very basic CS questions related to OOP, OS, TCP/IP, Agile Development etc. The overall experience was good and the interview was 1 hr long. HR interview: The interviewer asked me about my life experiences in general and about my interests. Then he asked me why I want to join Publicis Sapient and how much I knew about the company. It went on for around 45 minutes.
