Interview
An HR screening was followed by a phone interview and an on-sight interview. Fairly generic questions asking me to describe the company and what my interpretation of the role was. On-sight was a series of interviews followed by an exercise where you are expected to teach the facilitator about something you are interested in.

Interview
At the beginning it was very unorganized as in I was initially interviewed by someone who was told I was interviewing for a completely different job title. Once they straightened everything out it was great. Everyone was extremely friendly.
