I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Publicis Sapient (New York, NY) in Oct 2015
Interview
I had a first round that was just a conversation and then a final round which was a full morning on a Saturday (sorry employees who had to come in at 8am on a Saturday!) The day was broken down into a couple of interviews, a panel, and a group case. The group case was rudimentary at best and reminded me of the logic puzzles we did in elementary school. Apparently we got the right answer but didn't approach it the 'right way', which didn't feel great to me. My two in person interviews were odd the say the least. They kept asking me questions like 'how could someone like you get into a field like this?' or 'how come you have so many technical skills on your resume?'. Also, I did a fairly easy case that managed to get erased between the time I completed it, the group interview, and my case presentation. Also, the projector for the panel presentation was broken.

Question 1
How come you have so many technical skills on your resume?
Easy and quick. Was a lot of fun. Made it through to the final stage which was a virtual interview. I sadly didn't get the offer but it was good experience any way.
