i applied online.It took 3-4 weeks. One of the recruiter schedule a phone in interview with behavioral questions.After that got an online assignment which has to be finished within 2 days. After the submission , got an onsite interview call. The interview was supposed to be with three persons. It started with three, then three more from the major clients were also joined. That made the process more worse. In real the requirement was 2+ years of experience but they need 7+ years of experience in development not QA. They need a developer not a QA Analyst.
