It was really good. It took a day. At first there was a essay writing test which checked English grammar and basic communication skill. Then selected students were asked to go for an aptitude test. It was tough. It contained 40 questions based upon verbal ability and analytical skills. Then selected candidates were gone through interview which was based on technical questions mainly SQ L, questions about job operations etc. It was overall a very good experience.
