Proxy Home Watch interview questions

Interview process was okay -- normal at first. Met with owner, then he brought in an advisory to also interview me. That was okay. The very last thing was the owner asked me to write a literal one page essay on why I wanted to work there. It was VERY remedial & I felt like it was age discrimination. I'm not of high school or college ago though I do look it, so it was a little offensive & absurb to ask an adult to write an essay. I was later hired & mentioned it to the owner who acknowledge he never even read it. I also did an admin test sent to me by the owner via Indeed, which the owner acknowledged never looking at.
