The conversation was professional, conversational, and focused on understanding my background, communication style, and interest in sales development. We discussed my experience with outbound outreach, handling objections, and how I approach learning and feedback in a sales environment. The interviewer also provided clarity around role expectations, success metrics, and team structure. There was time to ask questions, and responses were transparent and informative. Overall, the process felt straightforward and well organized. The interview provided a clear picture of the role and what success looks like, and the interviewer was respectful of time and open in their communication.

Intial phone screening with the recruiter/sales manager. After the intial 20 min screening you are schedule with a multi tiered 1 1/2 hour interview with 3 different members of sales team. 30 min segment for each. Once you make it through that, you are scheduled with a final 30 minute interview with the director of sales with bloomnation/promenade. This was done during covid so they were all done through zoom.
