Pretty straightforward, not too complex or complicated. No technicals, only behaviorals. The interview is online through Zoom. Interviewed by the Program Manager, who is usually also still a student. Good overall.

Interview
It was a very easy and quick interview process where you meet one on one with a recruiter online and answer some questions. Be prepared to answer more behavioral questions than technical as they teach you about the technical stuff during the internship.
The interview was completed online by a fellow university student. Demonstrating an eagerness to learn will ensure a positive experience. All individuals I interacted with throughout the process were exceptionally supportive and primarily sought to ascertain a genuine interest in real estate education.
