I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Project Better Energy (Burton upon Trent, England) in Feb 2024
Interview
Straight into competency based questions with no opportunity to get to know each other or about the company. Interviewer wanted specific examples to answers which is understandable. There was a lot of questions about what I could offer the company but when I asked basic questions such as holiday allowance & pension, the interviewer could not give me an answer.
