The conversation itself was engaging, and I appreciated learning more about the company’s values and the role. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up and was ultimately left without a response. This lack of communication reflects poorly on the organization and detracts from what is otherwise a strong reputation. I encourage you to improve the candidate experience moving forward because actions speak louder than words on a website.
