If you manage to pass that, they’ll give you a week to do a scripted video interview using the STAR method, which leads to an actual interview (video since we’re currently undergoing a pandemic) after which they’ll take 2-3 weeks to get back to you on whether you got the job or not.

Very impersonal process, not a good way to screen for possible employees in my opinion as it limits your pool to only those that are good at those types of questions.
