Progressive Insurance Trainee CSR interview questions

Behavioral type, all questions asked are available online, 1st interview is a recorded video. They are timed questions and are limited to under 3 minutes, second is the live interview. Seems to be limited to the same timed format but the interviewer asked questions to go in deeper to the question. for example, specific steps, do not use the word we when answering only I, when describing duties you did.
