Progressive Insurance Investment Rotational Program interview questions

I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview. The interview was about 20 minutes, nothing technical, very straightforward. The questions were based on your resume, education, and behavioral questions. Be prepared to highlight any relevant finance experience you have. I was told I would know by the following Friday if I got the job. When I didn't hear back I knew I didn't get it. I was told six days later I wasn't selected for the program.
