Progi Senior PHP Programmer interview questions

I found the interview process to be unprofessional. After applying, I received a call from HR without prior scheduling, inviting me to take a test. The test requirements were unclear, and when I asked for clarification, I was told to be creative. However, during the second interview, they expressed disappointment, expecting something specific. Overall, the lack of organization and mixed signals were disappointing.
