I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Professional Recruiters (Provo, UT) in Sept 2018
Interview
Long and drawn out process that began with very promising interviews and tons of great feedback from the recruiter. For some reason, the job was put on hold for a month after a week of back-and-forth communication.
One month later, the job reappeared online, so I reapplied and contacted the recruiter. She insisted I was still a great fit, but the role had changed a bit. After she reviewed the new wrinkle in the role, I felt it actually fit me even better and opted to proceed. I went through another interview process with the recruiter, though she had already interviewed me once.
She again ensured me I was a top candidate, but I heard nothing after a week. I emailed her to let her know I was still interested, but other companies were recruiting me heavily. She advised me the company began second interviews with the first wave of applicants but there would be a second wave, and she believed I would be in that second wave.
That was three weeks ago, and there has been nothing but radio silence. I understand there may have been a change in feeling about me, but a professional recruiting company should never ghost a candidate like that. I will avoid every posting this company puts out.
