The first phone interview was perfect. The second interview gave me an assignment, but they weren’t clear about what I should have said or focused on. They didn’t provide much information. They barely asked questions during the interview while I was presenting, and they agreed with me and liked it. They actually loved it, but then they said no because I didn’t focus on selling the product. This is incorrect because two slides were about that. However, this was to see if there was a partner match, and we agreed in the presentation to start a pilot version. I would say if they had challenged me by asking questions and maybe saying no, we could have had a conversation and talked about it. But they didn’t do that, so that was a little disappointing.

Question 1
They didn’t ask me any questions. The manager asked about my experience, but I told them about it. It was clear that the manager had grown into this position and wasn’t really a manager. I wish they had focused on asking questions about it, just like an actual client presentation, after the presentation.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Producthero (Amsterdam)
Interview
Straightforward and quick and very transparent. Several interviews laid out in personn in the centre. had a week to complete the assignment but was not selected in the end. No cons in the process. Looks like a nice working environment.

Question 1
How did you deal with a moment where you made a mistake in your previous role.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Producthero (Amsterdam) in Oct 2024
Interview
I had my first conversation with the in-house recruiter to assess if I was a potential fit for the company. It was a good opportunity to ask questions about the company and the role itself.
In this stage, I met with my future manager and a colleague. We went deeper into my experience and discussed what I could bring to the team. I was able to ask about the role, daily responsibilities, and growth opportunities within the company.
I was given a case where I had to respond to questions about the product and how I would handle tickets, among other scenarios. It gave me a chance to demonstrate my problem-solving skills in a real-world context.
I made it to the final stage where I had a conversation with the founders of the company. It was a great opportunity to align on expectations, and at the end of the interview, I was offered a contract.
The interview process at Producthero took about 3 weeks.
