Interview
The interview process consisted of four rounds of interviews which took place on the same day:
1) Written Technical Test
2) Face-to-face Technical Interview (JAVA and SQL)
3) Face-to-face Technical Interview (Case Study)
4) HR Interview
1) Written Technical Test: It was a technical pen-and-paper test which consisted questions based on JAVA and SQL.
3) Face-to-face Technical Interview (JAVA and SQL): Technical interview which was based on questions related to Core JAVA, Advanced JAVA and SQL.
3) Face-to-face Technical Interview (Case Study): A case study was given based on a real Probity Soft project and we were supposed to develop solutions for the challenges in it. It was basically an evaluation to test our thinking process, strategic skills and ability to make a strong case for your recommendations.
4) HR Interview: It was a general HR interview which included questions related to our Resume and some commonly asked HR interview questions.
In the end we have a chance to ask questions about working at Probity Soft, including our interviewer’s personal experiences. Be prepared for it. The interviewers will evaluate your ability to listen and communicate effectively and whether you present yourself positively and persuasively. They value intellectual curiosity and creative thinking.
