It was a 5 step process: 1. Virtual Interview, 2. Personality test, 3. Recruiter call where you discuss the personality test and they ask STAR questions , 4. Final Interview with more STAR questions. 5. They call references. If the process was faster and more communicative it would have been better. I was left guessing for most of the process without much correspondence. It took about 6 weeks from start to finish. I found out after two weeks that I did not get the role and after dedicating so much time, I would have appreciated a phone call or an email explaining the reason why I didn’t get the role.
