The interview process is very structured. It starts with a behavioral phone interview that goes through your resume and why you are interested in the company. If you advance, you have the opportunity to do a demo interview with one of their products. The demo basically simulates something you can expect to be doing on the job. Then, I was invited to meet with the team. Everyone was very kind, and this interview was a chance for us to get to know each other a little better. Throughout the entire process, I received great feedback, and the team did a great job in answering all my questions. I was very happy with the organized structure through the process, and the communication was great throughout (in fact, the company has its own application portal through which you can direct-message the recruiting team––very convenient!). Everyone is very friendly and expressed genuine interest in my candidacy. Overall, this was an enjoyable process, and I would recommend applying to anyone interested in the company.

Throughout the interview process, the HR representatives were polite, and really seemed to want to get to know me as a person, even beyond my career experience. I even got some valuable feedback from them on my interview skills, which will help me do even better next time! Everyone on the team seems to value clarity in feedback, a focus on fit, and prides themselves on always responding to candidates rather than leaving them in the dark.

My experience interviewing at ProDIGIQ was overall very positive. I first had a phone interview and this was followed by a demo interview a few days later. The demo interview helped me gain some insight on one of ProDIGIQ's solutions and also a little bit about the aviation industry. I was also asked to participate in three on-site interviews. This seemed like an extensive process at the time, but now that I have a bit of perspective, their process reflects the type of quality person they are looking for in a candidate. They were clear about the roles of the position and the fast-paced environment at ProDIGIQ. Through their questions, it showed that they care about who I am as a person and that felt very refreshing after interviewing with companies that only cared about prior experiences. The interview process was very positive for me and I was treated with respect by all members throughout the interviews.
