Firstly, I got a telephone interview. to ask your profile
Secondly, I got an onsite interview. to play with team, to test how you work with a team
Finally, discuss with your manager.
That is relatively straightforward.

Quite a general question: what is your weakest point. They arrange a lego game and play by a team. You probably need to remember the process need to be done
The interview process contained one to two rounds. Standard interview questions were asked. Looking for a genuine interest in the role and for a quick learner. They get back to you very soon after.

I had 2 rounds in total. for each one, we talked for nearly 1 hour. HR and CEO were present. Both of them are nice people. I got feedback pretty quickly.
