I was contacted by a payroll staffing agency, the position was a direct hire. It was one virtual interview with two of the Area VP’s. They were very nice and easy to talk too. They asked about my payroll experience since I was previously with another HCM company. It was very relaxed and laid back. After the interview about two days later I got the offer.
