I applied online after seeing the posting on Careerbuilder.com. I received a phone call a few days later and set up a phone interview. The interview lasted about 25-30 minutes. We talked about my experience with social media both personally and for a previous employer. A few days after my phone interview I received a follow-up email indicating that they wanted to pursue someone with a greater amount of experience to suit their needs.
