Four interviews in total. One with the recruiter, one with team members, one with the manager, and one with the CRO. Typical questions around KPIs, quotas, and sales process. No questions out of left field, very straightforward.
The interview process was actually quite standard and well-structured. It included multiple team interviews where I met potential colleagues, followed by a managerial interview to discuss expectations and leadership style. I was also asked to create a project, which was then thoroughly reviewed and critiqued.
