Interviewed over teams with the hiring manager which went very well. There were really clear alignments with my experience and the role. Was invited to a second in person interview with two senior members of the team. I arrived at the office and the interviewer was late which happens but from the outset it was clear neither interviewer had any interest in me as a candidate, they were bored and disinterested and asked me about 3 questions before asking me if I had any questions. The bulk of the interview was myself asking questions and the interview concluded after 40 minutes inclusive of the 10 minutes the interviewer took to arrive. I had travelled into London specifically for the interview and it felt like an enormous waste of my time as they were not interested in my profile. Feedback was that they were going with someone with specific industry experience and yet two weeks later they reposted the role.

After a few rounds of awkward interviews from higher ups that would either be off camera or not care about the work you put in on a presentation, they decide to ghost you for a month on any feedback from a 4th round, in-person process. With a few follow ups, I finally received an email for a call. The call was to ultimately reject my application which easily could have been an email since they didn't provide any feedback on the call, but did promise an upcoming opportunity on a separate team if there was budget approval. No word on that still, so don't worry about applying here, they'll waste your time.
