Interview
There were three days of training. They did one day for math, one for reading, and one for writing. At the end of the training days there was a fourth day which was a skill assessment. If you pay attention during the first three days its pretty easy. the training days are unpaid.

Interview
The recruiter calls you then you interview with the founder/owner. They ask for references BEFORE an actual offer. I provided three but no follow up from the company. A few weeks later, I got an email saying they went with another candidate. Originally, they indicated multiple openings. Weird company, lousy hiring process, definitely recommend avoiding them.
