Interview
The interview process was 5 different interviews, over three weeks, and around 5 hours in total commitment. Three technical interviews that had nothing to do with normal SDR activities. Last interview was with members of the company who weren't in any leadership roles and not even part of the sales team. The team seems to value status over experience and skills.
