Pre-Uni New College interview questions

An online survey where you respond to questions regarding how you would teach and deal with situations in a classroom. This was followed by a Mathematical Reasoning and Thinking Skills examination.

Casual in person interview about you experience with handling kids and your academics. Mine went on for about 10 minutes and we were mostly discussing if I would be comfortable in such a role. They are likely to give you an offer if you are from a high-ranking selective school.
